We only use 100 % organic cotton. Grown and produced without the use of toxic chemicals, pesticides, GMOs or synthetic fertilisers. This safeguards the biodiversity, soil and water in the areas where the cotton is grown and provides a safer working environment for the cotton farmers.
TENCEL™ Lyocell is a viscose-like fiber, only made by the company LENZING AG. It is produced in a closed-loop process, where 99% of water and solvents are reused. The solvents used are all organic and non-toxic. The wood used for TENCEL™ Lyocell is harvested following the stringent guidelines of the Lenzing Wood and Pulp Policy. Linen is a fabric that is made from very fine fibres, derived from the flax plant.The flax plant can grow under very harsh conditions and needs little water to grow. These fibres are carefully extracted, spun into yarn, and then woven into long sheets of comfortable, durable fabric called linen fabric. Cloth made from linen is desirable in hot and humid climates.
TENCEL™ Modal fabric is a soft, comfortable fabric, made by LENZING AG. TENCEL™ Modal fibers are mostly made from naturally grown beech wood. Wood and pulp used by the Lenzing Group comes from sustainably managed forests. TENCEL™ Modal fibers have earned United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) BioPreferred® designation. Modal fabric is extremely hard-wearing and keeps its shape and finish, even after frequent washing.
