WE DO / YOU DO

Our ambition for our clothes is to have a long lifespan and the lowest possible carbon footprint. Therefore, we have developed our WE DO / YOU DO guideline, so that we can work together towards the best possible future.

WE DO:

CAREFULLY SELECTED FABRICS
Our raw materials are chosen with respect for nature. They are chosen because they are a better alternative. That they are organic, certified or resource efficient. Our favourites are organic cotton, linen, TENCEL™ Lyocell and TENCEL™ Modal. See our product specification for more information.

DYEING AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT
We reduce the amount of harsh chemicals and colourants in dying, that would otherwise enter the planet’s rivers and seas. We do that by making sure, that our suppliers have installed wastewater treatment plant, which cleans the water before it is reused.

MADE IN EUROPE
We are committed to minimising transportation of both our raw materials and finished goods, which is why our items are produced in Europe and sold in Europe.

YOU DO:

WASH AT COOLER TEMPERATURES
Wash your clothes at cooler temperatures (maximum 30 degrees Celsius). It is better for the environment and your clothes last much longer – and your clothes will still be clean!

AVOID USING THE TUMBLE DRYER
Avoid using the tumble dryer as it is a burden on the environment, and it will cause your items to shrink or
fade in colour.

PASS IT ON
Pass your clothes on to the local vintage store or to someone who can benefit from wearing them when you no longer wish to wear them.
