We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item, with some conditions. In Denmark, returns are free for all orders. Please note that we only offer one free return label per order.

To return an item, please contact ACT today at info@acttoday.dk and provide your order number.

Please be aware that it may take 6-10 business days from the time you send your return order until it is received and processed. Refunds may take 2-3 banking days depending on the bank and payment method.

• Contact us at info@acttoday.dk to receive your free return label.
• Pack all items to be returned in the original packaging, if possible.
• Attach the return label so that it is visible.
• Drop off the package at your local GLS package shop.
